Update Schedule Thoughts

I am almost done with #2. I hope to get it done tomorrow.

I am finishing up my undergrad so I am in my final semester and have a paper due Sunday as well. This class finishes up mid-June, then I have two more until the end of August. Then I will graduate.

So, with that being said, I am doing my best to stick to the once per week schedule. I kind of wasn’t ready to kick this off just yet. But, when are we ever ready, right?

But until school finishes up at least, I can’t always promise that it will be a comic that contributes to the storyline. I have some B-side and side character ideas for those times when I need them, or just for fun. But I still have a lot of background work to do to make this a smooth operating machine.

Oh, and I’m also moving.

Also, I need to get the damned RSS feed working.

I slapped this website together to avoid using some of the “out of the box” solutions that weren’t really working for me. Even something as simple as Rarebit, I needed more control. But now it’s kind of gotten away from me.

The things we do to avoid using WordPress.

I plan to optimize things a little more, clean up the code, and add some more ways people can interact. I am really wanting to make it as easy to use and interact with as possible, without you getting spammed all to hell.

Comments? Eh. I don’t know. They are a huge pain in the ass to manage, even with a good spam filter. Discord sucks, but it’s really all we have right now. I’m looking at what other webcomic authors with their own sites are doing.
