Season 3 is here.

Hey everyone,

So The Intermission is now over, and we are BACK, baby!

I did not get as much as I wanted done, or get as far ahead as I wanted, but I am still very happy with the progress.

To re-cap, we:

  • Revamped and relaunched the comic website.
  • Revamped and relaunched the Hobart Herald.
  • Got ready for the Anniversary.
  • Wrote the entirety of Season 3.
  • Roughed 90% of Season 3.
  • Completed up to Episode 41 (as of today, 42 will be done soon too).
  • Designed new characters.
  • Designed new locations.
  • Released Hobart publicly.
  • I moved my entire life to another town.

To say that I haven’t always wanted to draw this car is an understatement, and to say that I haven’t always wanted to own one, well… the beginning of this season was such a joy to draw and everything is fitting so well together.

There will be lots of OuterNet stuff to look forward to in the coming months – more interactivity, and more weirdness.

Tomorrow will mark 1 whole friggin’ year of doing this. And my what a year it’s been. I will do a separate post for that. For now, let’s focus on the return of the strangest little town on the Ohio River.

There will also be a little something special posted by The Herald tomorrow, and there will be a live stream happening at the PAL-TV YouTube Channel if you want to check it out. It will run from Sunday into Monday night. I can’t promise it will be going by the time this blog post goes up but it will be active during the American Memorial Day holiday if any of you are bored at cookouts or want something on in the background.

MAKE SURE YOU EAT YOUR HOT DOGS.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me this year, and here is to another amazing year of nonsense.

Josh
